For both my Hill Communications client and my public relations research class, I have done primary and secondary research for two clients and provided them with recommendations to move their communications strategies, brand awareness and community interaction forward in the communities they operate in.

Institute for Veterans and Military Families
I was an Account Executive at Hill Communications, for our client IVMF.

Our team was in charge of doing research, both primary and secondary, creating a communication strategy and execution plan. I oversaw a team of 4 in charge of the primary research, where we created a survey on Qualtrics to address the main publics of IVMF. Our team then came together to create a communication strategy based on the secondary research of similar organizations, and an execution plan on how to move IVMF’s social media presence forward, and increase interaction with the website, based on their current goals and objectives.

Karen Klein Anti-Bullying Foundation
I was a part of a 5-person team in my public relations research class, for our client KKABF.

Our team conducted secondary research in the form of a situational analysis, with strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats included. We then conducted quantitative research with the use of a survey, created through Qualtrics, and qualitative research by doing an interview and group interview with members of an organization our team believed to be the best suited for a collaboration with KKABF. We provided recommendations on how that collaboration could bring KKABF into the Syracuse community.
