Girl Scouts of NY PENN Pathways

This is the campaigns book I created for my team during my public relations campaigns course (PRL 325) at Syracuse University. We came up with an entire campaign to help the GS overcome their lack of campers during such an essential season after cookie sales. My team wrote each section of this booklet and I produced the layout design, graphics and portions of the writing as well.

The book includes key messages, goals and objectives, strategies and tactics, a budget, evaluation plan, social media strategies and promotional materials.

Coca-Cola & charity: water

This is the media kit that I created for my public relations writing course (PRL 214) at Syracuse University. We had to create a collaboration between a company and nonprofit organization, and create an event around it to showcase different writing skills. I chose Coca-Cola and charity: water, to collaborate for the event The Sexiest H20 Bash, featuring Adam Levine from Maroon 5.

This media kit includes a media alert, press release, fact sheet, backgrounder, bios for the chairman and CEO of Coca-Cola, the founder of charity: water, the senior water program officer of charity: water, Adam Levine, and my own made-up biography for my position as the chief public affairs and communications officer of Coca-Cola. I also included the social media, pitch letter and media list for the collaboration.

I also created the poster, two tickets for the performance at the Staples Center and a business card for this media kit.

charity: water

This is the writing kit that contains all of the work done for my second public relations writing course (PRL 215) at Syracuse University. We had to choose one client through the duration of the semester to produce work for.

This writing kit includes a press release, pitch email, news release, audience personas, goals/objectives/messages/tactics/evaluation strategy, newsletter story to staff members, memorandum, intranet/email, op-ed piece, letter to the editor, website content, news jacking key audiences and tactics, talking points and a speech.
